1Who we are

EditEasy.ai is operated by ADS DELIVERY OOD, UIC 208549000, Sofia, Bulgaria ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@editeasy.ai. These terms are a contract between you and ADS DELIVERY OOD.

2What EditEasy does

You take one photo of a thing, pick one question, pick a room and send one link. The link opens a 10 second film with your thing seated on the podium. Whoever opens it watches, taps once and sees the number. In these terms the link is a film, the person who made it is the creator, and a tap is an answer.

3Accepting these terms

You accept these terms when you send a link, when you answer one, or when you pay for anything here. If you do not agree, do not send a link.

4Free films and the cap

Every film is free to make. Your first film on a device holds up to 300 answers and stays open for 24 hours. Every further free film holds up to 100 answers and stays open for 24 hours. Two rooms are always free, and one more room is unlocked for everyone each day.

The cap is real. When a film is full, new answers are not stored and the number stops moving. A friend who opens a full film still sees the film and the final number. The cap and the clock are decided by our server; nothing on your phone can change them.

5Paid options and prices

You can pay to add capacity to a film that is already working, or to send a film in a locked room. Prices are in US dollars.

Prices include VAT where VAT applies. The price shown before you pay is the price you pay. We can change prices for future purchases; a change never touches something you already bought.

6Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. You do not need an account: a purchase is tied to the film it was bought for and to the Stripe receipt, which Stripe emails you if you gave an address.

A paid option is a digital service that we perform right away: the seats are added, the clock is extended or the film is made the moment the payment clears. By paying you ask us to start immediately, and you acknowledge that once we have started you no longer have a right of withdrawal. For that reason paid options are not refundable after the link is created or the capacity is applied, except where the law of your country gives you a right we cannot exclude.

If something failed on our side, for example the seats were paid for but never added, write to hello@editeasy.ai within 14 days and we will add them or refund you.

7Friends never pay

Nobody pays to open a film, to answer or to pass it on. We do not show a price to a friend, not even when the film is full. Answers and shares are never billed to anyone.

8Passing it on, replies and names

After answering, a friend can pass the link on. The link they forward can carry their answer and, if they choose to type it, their first name, so that the next person sees that Dana already answered and, after answering, whether Dana agreed. This travels in the link itself and is shown as text only. We do not store it and we do not check it. Type only your own name; do not put words in someone else's mouth.

A friend can also reply with their own film ("Your turn"). A reply inherits your question, room and language. We count how many films replied to yours and show you that number. We do not show you the friend's photo or answer.

9Your photo

You may only upload a photo you have the right to use. By uploading it you give ADS DELIVERY OOD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to cut it, seat it in a room, show it to whoever opens your link, render it into the share preview and the story card, and store it for the life of the film plus the deletion window in section 14. The licence ends when the film is deleted. We do not use your photo for advertising and we do not train models on it.

10The verdict film licence

The film, the number and the story card that come out of your link are yours to post. You may share them anywhere, in any medium, including social networks and your own store page, for personal or commercial use, as long as the EditEasy mark stays on them. We keep the rights in the rooms, the films behind them, the engine and the design.

We may publish anonymised, aggregated figures, for example that 71 percent said COP about sneakers this week. We never publish your photo, your name or your link without asking you first.

11Rooms, films and the cut

The rooms, the films behind them, the method that lifts a thing out of a photo and seats it on the podium, and the design of the ballot are the property of ADS DELIVERY OOD or its licensors. You cannot upload your own background. You receive a licence to the output of your own film, not to the engine, the rooms or the films.

Event doors. ADS DELIVERY OOD also operates ShoeTracker.ai. Some of its private event links (an "event door", for example a link about a sneaker show) use EditEasy to cut the visitor's photo and, if the visitor chooses, to run the friend vote. A film that arrives from an event door is an EditEasy film under these terms: the same content rules, the same cap, the same clock, the same privacy section. Event names on such a door belong to the event's organiser; unless the door says the organiser licensed it, the door is a concept by ADS DELIVERY OOD and not an official product of that event.

12Content rules

Things, not people. Do not upload faces of other people without their consent, nudity, weapons, hate, or counterfeit goods presented as genuine. Do not run a film to harass someone, to sell anything unlawful or to collect data about voters. Brand names and product shots belong to their owners; EditEasy is not affiliated with those brands.

We may remove a film that breaks these rules, without notice and without refund. If a film about your product or your photo breaks these rules, write to hello@editeasy.ai.

Reporting. Every ballot page carries a REPORT link that opens an email to hello@editeasy.ai with the film id filled in. Tell us which film and why. We look at every report within two working days, remove what breaks these rules or the law, and answer the person who reported it and, where we can, the creator. Every image that becomes a public link is also screened by an automated classifier before it is stored; a photo the classifier refuses is not stored and the creator is told.

13Store rules

A store film is an advertisement. It carries the store's name on the film and the word AD next to it, and it shows a SHOP button after the answer. By buying a store film you confirm that:

• the store name is yours to use, and the link behind SHOP leads to your own page over https;
• nothing on the film or behind the link is misleading: no fake discounts, no price that is not the real price, no "last one" that is not the last one, no claims you cannot back;
• you follow the consumer and advertising law of every country you send the film to, including any rules about marking paid content;
• you do not send the link to people who did not agree to hear from you;
• a store film does not change what a friend sees or pays: still no price, still one free tap.

We count how many people tapped SHOP and show you the number. We do not identify them. We may remove a store film that breaks these rules, and we may refuse to sell store films to a store that broke them, without refund.

14How long a link lives

A film closes when its clock ends, or when it is full and not extended. Seven days after it closes we delete the film, its image and its answers. Store films are kept for 30 days after they close so the store can read its numbers, then deleted the same way. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law require. You can ask us to delete a film earlier at any time.

15Age

You must be 16 or older to use EditEasy. If you are between 16 and 18, ask a parent or guardian to read these terms and agree for you before you pay for anything.

16Cookies and device storage

We set one cookie, ee_v. It is a random string, marked HttpOnly and Secure, and it lives for one year. Its only job is to count one answer per device on each film and to tie a film to the phone that made it. It does not identify you, it is not shared with anyone and it is not used for advertising. Because the service cannot work without it, it does not need consent under the ePrivacy rules. You can delete it in your browser at any time; that resets your answers.

Your browser also keeps a few things locally: your language, your first name if you typed it, the list of films you made, whether you have watched the intro before and, when our storage is not connected, your own films and answers. Nothing in local storage leaves your phone unless you send a link.

We load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends its IP address to Google to fetch them. We use no analytics and no advertising trackers.

17Privacy

18The lab and availability

This address is a pilot. When our storage is not connected, everything stays on your phone and a link you send may open only there; the app tells you when that is the case. We do our best to keep the service up, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or stop features during the pilot. Paid options are only offered when payments are connected.

19Liability

We are liable for damage we cause on purpose or by gross negligence, and as the law requires for personal injury and consumer rights. Beyond that, our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for what a creator or a store puts on a film, nor for the page behind a SHOP button.

20Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you which version applies. A change that matters to a purchase you already made does not apply to it. If you keep using EditEasy after a change, you accept the new terms.

21Law and disputes

Bulgarian and European Union law govern these terms. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of the country you live in still protect you, and you can bring a claim there. Before going to court, write to us; most things are fixed by email.
